Rachel Hannam

Rachel runs four busy psychology practices across Brisbane and still makes time for her own clients. Rachel holds a doctorate in Psychology and draws heavily upon acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), positive psychology, schema therapy, emotion-focussed couples therapy (EFCT), The Gottman Method, neuro-psychotherapy, and nonviolent communication (NVC).
Rachel draws from over 10 years of organisational psychology and mediation in facilitating Compassion-Focused Communication. You can catch her podcast "Help me! I'm a Comedian".  Rachel is also a wicked 80's dancer and we expect to be seeing much more of her stage performance in the future. 


One Natural Therapies

As a general practitioner of naturopathy, Alexis specialised in stress reduction and nervous conditions. Drawing from over 15 years of private practice as a naturopath and yoga therapist in Brisbane's CBD, she's taught mindfulness to individuals and organisations, mostly in the legal and finance sector.  Alexis holds a Master of Public Health, and maintains a special interest in the application of sensory and breath-based practices for recovery from trauma.
