Prevent Injury. Stay Sustainably Active. Discover your own Psycho-Physiology. Enjoy the discipline of routine with the flexibility to move YOUR way: 20min Focus 20min Mobilize 20min Myofascial Release 20min Envisage 10min Relax Each segment involves a brief Anatomical instruction and visual, followed by plenty of time to explore your own physiology. Move from head to toe through the week-by-week curriculum of embodied Anatomy & Psychological strategy. BYO 6-week Goals. Your instructor brings over 25 years experience as an Integrative-Practitoner specialising in Yoga Therapy. She has worked with legal, finance and government sectors and now runs private practice in Graceville and Karana Downs. As a long-time Soccer Mum, she sees the value of mobility and flexibility for injury prevention and rehabilitation, as well as an understanding of our own psychology, Anatomy & Physiology for physically active at every age with a psychological advantage over our competitors. Weekly Membership includes access to monthly Psychology Workshops & Seasonal Myofascial Massage: $35 or $56.25 casual SIGN-ON Saturday 15th March 8:15 for an 8:30am start Avoid the rush and Sign-On TODAY


Cancellation Policy

Plans may be put ON HOLD with 7-days notice & CANCELLED at any time with 14-days notice in writing to alexis@onenaturaltherapies.com.au Due to the nature of the service, we are UNABLE to provide REFUNDS or TRANSFERS. Please note, it is pre-requisite to joining this program that all mental health and medical conditions are treated by mental health and medical professionals.
