Nobody likes being told what to do....especially a Peri-Menopausal woman. That's why this course is 100% Experiential, that's right, learning about yourself, from yourself (and a bunch of other women leaning about themselves too). Our first session will be a chance to decide on our themes and how we can individually record our progress. For example, themes I've noticed in peri-menopausal patient-clients include: Nervous Regulation & Adrenal Restoration Nutrition and Blood Sugar Balance Bowel & Liver Clearance Self Care & Meeting our own Needs Pelvic floor, Posture & Muscle tone & Indicators of progress clients have recorded include: Improved Quality of sleep Sustained Energy & Vitality Regular & Complete Bowel movements Better Clarity & Focus Reduced Fluid Retention and Other. Then, each 90minute workshop we roll through a highly structured process of: 5mins Breath-based Meditation for balancing Neuro-Hormonal-Biochemistry 10mins Theme Introduction, Keywords & Group Resonance 30mins One-to-one Resonance 30mins Group Practice eg Meal Prep / Restorative Yoga / Pelvic floor Activation / Strengthen & Tone 15mins Theme Reflection, Keywords & Group Resonance The aim of the course is to learn to manage your own hormones effectively and sustainably. There will be the ongoing options of weekly or monthly review until you feel secure in your practices. You are expected to manage your own psychological-, social- & medical- treatment outside this course.
