Contemplative Sciences have been adopted by Human Resources as tools to facilitate Engagement, Cultural Integration and Organisational Change.

These principals and practices address systemic challenges common to organisational change.

​

Organisational change is:

​

1. Accompanied by resistance ie there is an equal and opposite impetus NOT to change due to uncertainty and the unfamiliar.

2. Multifaceted ie a change in one area necessitates a ripple-effect change in all others.

​

3. Requires message repetition, consistent application and intrinsic motivation for sustainability.

 

Research suggests contemplative sciences addresses these core challenges common across HR management.
