As a general practitioner of naturopathy, Alexis specialises in stress reduction and nervous conditions. She will work with you to address your health concerns and develop a plan to sustain your long-term health objectives.

Together, we will develop a health plan for you to support your mental, physical and emotional well-being. We can work with you to develop a plan to complement and work with your existing team of health practitioners.
