I specialise in stress reduction and nervous conditions including anxiety, perinatal- and birth anxiety, trauma, PTSD, addiction, disordered eating and nervous-related digestive and reproductive conditions.

- clarify your health goals and objectives

- outline tools & resources for sustainable wellness

Grounded in the principle of "First Do No Harm", naturopathy seeks the least invasive techniques to achieve the greatest benefit.

Recognising your body as an intelligent system, you'll learn to understand your body and work with its natural inclination for balance.

Honouring your unique-ness, autonomy and agency, we will co-design Your Health Strategy based on your interests, feedback and self-knowledge.

Each treatment phase of Your Health Strategy is a chance to reflect and redirect the sails together.
