Alexis Dennehy
Alexis comes from a long line of constitutionally-invinsible women from whom she learned much of her practice of health. She has practiced movement as a discipline since the age of 4 and meditation since the age of 13.
Alexis established One Natural Therapies in 2003 and has practiced since then as a Naturopath and Yoga Therapist for a wide range of conditions, particularly those caused by underlying stress.
She developed The Do-able Detox Program to encourage sustainability of the changes she saw in her clients, and soon discovered the potency of the program for pre-conception and enhanced fertility.
Her daughter's birth in 2007 convinced her of the opportunity enfolded within the birth experience, and her son's birth in 2009 affirmed the profound influence of meditation and self-hypnosis.
A consultation with Alexis is an opportunity to experience the safety, space and support for self-exploration and insight - the true source of health and wellness from within.
